The collection is inspired by the story of Harap-Alb. It is my favorite fairy tale that followed me since childhood. On my way I met the glabrous man and the Holy Sunday, and the “Ochila”, the Red Emperor daughter and even Harap-Alb. When I started making ceramics, I knew that I had to make objects that reminded people of Harap-Alb and his path of initiation. I invite you to fly with the thought: “High above In the earth’s sky Over the trees Beyond mountains Through foggy hills Towards endless sees To the fairy of fairies The miracle of miracles From the island of flowers” (The story of Harap-Alb, Ion Creanga).
